The first time I felt fine because I'd not been eating wheat for a long time.<BR/><BR/>The second time I ate wheat for a month or two before the test. The first day was great - eating all that food I missed. After that the symptoms kicked in (it takes about a day for me) and I just felt like hell the whole time, and for over a month afterwards. Eat millet, quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat grains instead. (Also be sure you aren't eating gluten as a binding agent in other foods.)<BR/>Keep all gluten out of your diet for 2 weeks. Monitor how you feel. Then eat something containing gluten and see if there is a reaction. You may feel brain-fog, lethargic, have tummy issues or feel plain terrible. These are all indicators that you should stay away from gluten!<BR/>I believe more people are sensitive to gluten than we realize.
